Who are we?
“Hello, my name is Geraldo Thomazini, but you can call me Chef Thomazini. I’m from Brazil and have been cooking since 1992.
After living and working across three continents, I’ve noticed a lot of interest in Brazilian food, ingredients, and culture.
However, resources on this topic aren’t always easy to find. That’s why I decided to start this project.
Along our journey, we’ll share recipes from the five regions of Brazil and its biomes, explore unique and exotic ingredients, and talk about the chefs and techniques that make Brazilian cuisine truly singular.
